At MindfulTalents we have a very diverse and strong network of qualified engineers from around the globe who are open to short term contracts.  These are highly qualified engineers and scientist that we can bring in as a small team anywhere from 3-10.

These teams can help build a project out, test a new idea without taking away from current work happening, help a young startup get their ideas up and running quickly, or fill in for a team that has left abruptly.

These teams can be remote or in house based on preference and we do have our own PM's who can manage the teams work flow in coordination with the companies needs.

These contracts tend to last between  2-6 months for most companies and we do offer the option to hire any valuable team members that are open to converting to your team as a full time employee for a fee of 15%.

In many cases many of our clients are looking for off shore engineers and we have a network of proven teams we have worked with.  We can make these connections for a small fee based on your companies needs.
